This program includes everything in the Rock Solid Foundations program PLUS 2 additional exercises to work on developing your handling each week. These exercises will include non-agility specific skills such as focus skills, proprioception, peripheral vision, as well as agility specific skills such as short sequences to enhance your understanding of how the foundations might surface in agility.

These exercises will build from pre-agility and flatwork skills to single obstacles, jump grids and short sequences. Some exercises will require only a small space and minimal equipment, while others will require a larger space such as a mat time rental at a local training centre.

Each week, on Fridays you will be sent a PDF of a training plan for the week. Training plans will include a detailed explanation of the activity plus a link to a video demonstration for you to watch.

Equipment requirements will be 2-3 jumps, 1 tunnel, 3 pylons, general platform such as a Klimb table, narrow platform such as a Cato plank, unstable surfaces such as a fit disk, Blue-9 propel or balance pad, and a few various sorts of targets.
